The call was made by Deputy Executive Director AWAC Resty Kyomukama Magezi during a Social Cohesion Dialogue for Hoima District and Hoima City held on Wednesday at the Hoima Youth Center.
AWAC is working with key population communities in Uganda more especially sex workers.

The social cohesion dialogue was followed by a candle light event held under at the Hoima District Headquarters in commemoration of leadership, courage and resilience of people living with HIV/AIDS and those who succumbed to the scourge under the theme: *Light the legacy.Remember.Advance Act”.*
The Hoima District Vice Chairperson Fridah Kabagahya said the government will continue to support vulnerable communities to access HIV/AIDS services in health facilities.
The function was attended by different Stakeholders including Uganda Police, business community, representatives of key population, health workers and representative of the office of the President.
