ENABEL a non government organization funded by the government of Belgium has today donated seven New Brand motorcycles to support seven groups which are implemented the saving for health programme.
Shafiq Ntuuyo the Assistant RDC,Hoima while officially handing over the motorcycles to the Beneficiaries at Kasingo on Friday 18th September,2026 commended ENABLE and the district leadership for supporting the implementation of the program. He has urged the Beneficiaries to use the motorcycles for the rightful purposes and transform their lives.
Pius Kyombe the ENABLE peogrammes Manager said the peogramme which is implemented under the Descent work and social protection has helped Beneficiaries access improved health services and also saving money for health care as a community lead health insurance.
The seven groups are from Kyabigambire and Kitoba Sub Counties.
The event was graced by Hon Felix Ongirwoth the Secretary for Social Services who represented the District Chairperson, Businge K Evelyne the Deputy CAO, Hoima and other technical officials.
