The UPDF Engineering Brigade which was contracted to carry out the construction works of upgrading Buseruka Health Center Three to a community hospital Status has committed to deliver the project in time.
While updating the Uthuman Mugisha Kadiri the Chairperson, Hoima District during a monitoring exercise at the site on 10/08/2026 ,UPDF ENGINEERING BRIGADE site Engineer said that the completion rate of all works stands at over 50%.Most of the buildings including;OPD, theater and maternity Ward have reached the roofing level.
Uthuman has commended UPDF for total commitment and swift works which will help deliver the 5.9 Billion project ahead of time.He says the district is going to lobby for steady access to safe water at the facility and other surrounding areas in Buseruka Sub County.
He says the project one completed,will elevate the levels of health services.He adds that Hoima District leadership remains committed to delivering services to the people.
Upgrading of Buseruka Health Center Three to a community hospital is part of heavy infrastructure investments in Hoima District as the country prepares to host AFCON 2026.
