Hoima District Council has approved 1.3 Billion Shillings supplementary budget for purchase of equipment at Buseruka Health Center IV which is going under upgrading to a community hospital by the UPDF ENGINEERING Brigade.
The Council sitting which was steered by Hon Mulindambula Jackson Magambo the District Speaker ON Tuesday afternoon,approved the supplementary budget of UGX 1,300,000,000 which will be used to secure equipment at Buseruka Health Center IV.The Health facility is being upgraded to a community hospital in preparation for AFCON 2027 at a cost of over UGX 5.9 Billion.
The Council also approved the 106 supplementary budget for Local revenue.
Meanwhile,the council approved the nomination of members to the District Land Board.The two are Asher Kabaramagi and Ayebale Evelyne who will form the Five-member Land Board.
