The CAO Mr. Richard Mugolo during the site meeting on Chongambe mini piped water scheme thanked the GOU for being concerned about the local people, the committees in place for the work well-done and asked them to always make reports on the status of projects to his office since they are the ones on ground and sure of whatever happens there.
He reminded members that Covid 19 is real, cases are rising and the third wave is coming. He urged all to strictly observe the SOPs.
The RDC Hoima was also present for the meeting and thanked the district in particular and the GOU in general for this wonderful initiative. He urged residents and responsible committees to be the first supervisors and jealously guard this project. He asked them to be the first supervisors before the District comes in. RDC emphasized the importance of site meetings in helping to curb challenges before they escalate. He finally cautioned members to observe SOPs and remain healthy so as to benefit from the project.
