Monitoring, Mentoring and Support Supervision of Government Programs by CAO Hoima.
Today the Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Ssempala Emmanuel has carried out field monitoring, mentoring and support supervision of different government programs in the district.
During the visit at Iguru 1 Primary School in Bombo Subcounty, Teachers were asked to make sure that exams are conducted professionally to measure the level of competencies achieved in numeracy and literacy to prepare children for future career in education.
It was evidenced that CIDI – Community Integrated Development Initiative has supported pupils at the school to establish a demonstration garden, as an initiative to enable pupils gain the necessary skills to implement at home in a bid house hold nutrition and food security.
Construction works for a 2-classroom block at the school were supervised and in completion stages.

At Haibale primary school in Kisukuma subcounty, the 2 class room block construction was completed and is a waiting commissioning. The CAO appreciated the attendance of teachers at the school and encouraged them to continue offering the necessary support for better results from the school.
“These pupils are bright and if given the guidance and lessons in class, they can improve in performance and compete with other pupils national wide” CAO Said.
Other different service delivery units were visited which include, Bombo Subcouty Headquarters, Kisabagwa Health Center II, and Kasonga Primary school.
