The Subcounty Security Committees in Greater Kyabigambire Subcounty, have organised a 2-day Leadership and Service Delivery Retreat.

The Subcounty Security Committees in Greater Kyabigambire Subcounty, have organized a 2-day retreat for leaders in Kyabigambire subcounty, Buraru Subcounty and Bulindi Towncounty. Leaders in the retreat include, Subcounty councilors, Parish councilors, Subcounty technical staff, PDM sacco chairpersons, NRM leaders at parish and Subcounty level, district security team, youth and students leaders among others and held at Kakindo Secondary school in Bulindi Town Council.

This retreat was organized with a theme “Promoting quality service delivery through best practices of good leadership”.

The CAO Mr. Ssempala Emmanuel in his address as the keynote speaker highlighted that the Government has provided different services in the health, education, agriculture sectors among others that all leaders have the mandate to monitor and follow-up on any irregularities happening.

You should oversee teachers, health, extension workers attendance at their stations, you should be empowered to talk, and own the different projects provided by the government for their continuity, said CAO.

During the meeting, Mr. Tusiime Allan a leader in the patriotism club encouraged leaders to have the lve for their country, have discipline, fear God, have respect for all gender and culture and do agriculture enterprise that will yield high for personal development and the community at large.
