Hoima District Technical Staff Encouraged to Follow the Standing Orders for Better Service Delivery.

The Chief Administrative officer (CAO) Hoima, Mr. Robert Abenaitwe has emphasized reading of standing orders for better service delivery in the District.

This communication was made during the technical planning committee meeting at the District headquarters youth center hall.

Mr. Abenaitwe emphasized daily attendance to duty, time management, no delegation in technical planning meeting, proper and timely accountability, summarized work plans, monthly reports, talking offices, local revenue collection at least not less than 85% and regular monitoring of government projects.

The CAO called upon subcounty technical staff to be serious with their work especially Government projects and make sure monitoring starts with them and they make reports even before the District goes there. Many issues were discussing in line with service delivery to the people of Hoima among which included, discussion of the budget call circular mock assessment among others.
