Hoima District Local Government Invitation to Bid for Tender for Provision of Revenue Collection Services FY 2024/205
Hoima District Local Government invites the Public/Associations/Companies to tender for provision of
revenue collection services for the Financial Year 2024/2025 as per the attached document.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Local Government Public Procurement and Disposal of
Public Assets, Act 2003, PPDA Guidelines.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit Office and inspect the bidding documents from 8:00a.m to 5: 00p.m working days only.
The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders after submission of application to the Head Procurement & Disposal Unit upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Ugx 100,000 on Hoima District Local Government General Fund Account No.9030006387232 Stanbic Bank Hoima Branch.
Bids must be delivered to the Procurement Office, Hoima District Local Government Headquarters
at Kasingo. The Closing date for bid submission is 4th September, 2024 at 11:00am and thereafter bids will be opened at 11:30am at the Upper Reception, Hoima District Local Government Headquarters at Kasingo, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend.
Late Application for bid Documents and submissions of bids shall be rejected.
